  The friendly staff are going to make exactly what you ask for quickly, happily, and perfectly. Ask about the pizzas too. Cannot go wrong stopping by Rusticana for any of your snacking/sipping needs. Best coffee shop in the Mill Bay Shopping Centre by far.

  If there was a way to give zero stars I would. We reserved here for lunch for a group of 6. We arrived a few minutes early and were told to find a table in the back. There was only 1 that wasn't covered in dirty breakfast dishes. 20 minutes passed before I had to ask for drinks and menus. One of the girls came over, handed out menus and walked away. The last 2 from our party arrived, now 35 minutes after we arrived. Still no one had even offered us coffee or water. We went and found a better place.
