  OBSERVE THAT THE GOOD REVIEWS WERE YEARS AGO.
  
  I have tried three times to support this place.
  
  Most recently was the prawn Alfredo tortellini. The pasta was cooked into a goopy mess of carbohydrate goo... WAY over cooked. The sauce tasted like... nothing... not even cream. And the prawns were just slightly warm. I didn't finish the pasta.
  
  Upon going to pay and telling the server that it was "the worst meal I ever had" she made not effort to fix the meal, offer a solution or try to make it better.
  
  This comes after the fish and chips ordeal 6 months prior where the fish tasted like it had been deep fried, frozen and then re-deep fried. The texture was like wet, warm bread.
  
  And the first time I ever went the fries tasted like the deep friers hadn't been changed in a year.
  
  I thought the Trap and Gill in Vancouver was going to take "worst restaurant ever" but this one takes the cake!

  I live in Mill Bay and eat here often. Always friendly, quick service, and the food is good.

  Visited for the Regatta this year and me and my family were so disappointed with the food and service. Everything tasted like it came frozen from a package. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. If you want a good lunch stop at the coffee shop directly in the parking lot. Maybe you should ask them how to make good food?

  $2.95 for an iced tea/pop filled full of ice.....and NO REFILLS?!?!? I will absolutely never set foot in this pub ever again. Perhaps they have the attitude of "they're only tourists, they won't be back".

  I'll start off with saying that the owner really needs to learn to read his reviews because they aren't good. Along with this restaurant will shortly be out of business, the waitress take forever to get around to you wether it's for a glass of water or for your actually meal. I've tried to support this local restaurant but I just can't. The food used to be somewhat good but now it's terrible, so not only is the service terrible but so is the food. Very disappointed, if I could rate it lower than one star.. I would.
